She joined Nomadic Ant back in April and things have never been the same! Her energy is contagious and her ability to connect with everyone that walks through the door is a testament to her genuine character and love of people. She also has been in charge of the Local AF Artist Markets we hold next door at Esquina, so if you are a creator come share your work with her and let’s get you in here for the next Pop-Up! She will be running the shop this winter while Suzanne travels, so stop in and say hello.

I asked Danielle to tell us a bit  about herself, and here’s what we learned. She is a runner. She started a running club in NY that is still going strong! Danielle ran the perimeter of Manhattan; 34 Miles instead of 32 because she took a wrong turn in Inwood. Whooops! She promised me she could be my running coach here in Chicago, so keep your eyes out for a Nomadic Ant run club in the future. Can we get vegan tacos and bloody mary’s after we sweat, coach?

She has a half blind lady cat named Taye Diggs that was rescued from the streets of Brooklyn. Awww…we love an animal rescue story!
