I’ve seen lots of different versions of this recipe and think it’s one of those you need to play with depending on your taste. All I know, is that the one I had in Vietnam tasted like cookie dough and was the most tasty smoothie ever!

1 ripe avocado
2 cups ice
Half cup fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Half cup cold non-fat milk

Just blend the ingredients in the blender until smooth, adding more milk as needed. Everywhere I tried these in Vietnam served them with a straw and a spoon, because they are just thick enough to eat either way.
